All orders will be processed within 72 hours. Standard UK delivery rate is £3.99 and all items are delivered via 2nd Class Signed For Delivery via Royal Mail. Royal Mail states all 2nd class paid for items are usually delivered within 2-3 working days of the day of dispatch. Please note: a signature will be required to receive the item.
Special Order items are made to order and therefore can take longer to deliver. Depending on the style, this can take between 14-21 days for delivery. This allows the item to be stitched and quality controlled before sending to you. If you need your item urgently, it is not recommended you use this service. Refunds can still be issued if the item is unsuitable but must be returned in the original packaging with all labels in tact.
Pick Up: You can place your order and pick up in store at 193 Penarth Road, Grangetown, Cardiff, CF11 6FR. We are open 10.00 to 17.00 everyday. We are closed on Sundays
NEXT DAY DELIVERY (UK ONLY)
We offer a next day delivery service but you must place the order before 11 am Monday to Thursday to qualify for Next Day Delivery excluding any public holidays.
All international deliveries are via Standard International Signed For Delivery via Royal Mail which takes approximately 5-7 working days to deliver (after date of dispatch).Countries such as the US, Canada and Europe all take approximately this long to deliver. Some parts of the world can take up to several weeks to be delivered. This includes countries such as South Africa and also parts of the Middle East.
There may also be cases where parcels sent to these regions get misplaced or lost and we will on those occasions work with you to come to a resolution.
All payments done through the website or via invoice are secure and not shared with 3rd parties. You can therefore be reassured that all payment details given are secure and confidential.
Our preferred delivery partner is Royal Mail. They give us an approximate time frame on when the parcel will be delivered to your door. However, there may be times when delays occur. This can occur any time especially during public holidays such as Christmas, Easter and bank holidays. We cannot be held for any delays caused once the parcel has been dispatched as it then the responsibility of Royal Mail.
